Using Contacts
Step 1
Wash Your Hands
Make sure your hands are always clean before handling your contact lenses or eyes.

Step 2
Pick Up Lens
Pick up the first lens with your finger. If necessary, put PuriLens contact solution in the palm of your hand with contact lens and rub gently to remove debris. Contact shape should be bowl shaped when inserrting into eye.

Step 3
Open Eyelid
Using both hands to hold eyelid open, prepare to place contact in your eye by looking in the opposite direction.
Step 4
Place Contact in Eye
While looking away, place contact into the white part of your eye. Re-center you eye so the contact repositions over your pupil.

Step 5
Close Eye
Look down and close your eye to make sure lens is secure and centered.

Step 6
Repeat Steps 1-5 For Other Eye
First eye down, one to go. Repeat the previous steps for your other eye.

Removing Contacts
Step 1
Wash Your Hands
Make sure your hands are always clean before handling your contact lenses or eyes.

Step 2
Move Contact Away From Pupil
While looking away, move contact lens away from your pupil and to the white part of your eye.

Step 3
Pinch Contact Lens
With much caution, pinch the contact lens with two fingers.

Step 4
Remove Contact Lens
With a firm grip on the contact lens, carefuly remove from eye.

Step 5
Clean Lens and Repeat Steps 1-4
Place contact lens in palm with PuriLens contact solution to clean. Store contact lens appropriately. Repeat steps 1-4 for other eye.

Storing Contacts Between Uses
Step 1
Wash Your Hands.

Step 2
Clean Lens Case
Rinse lens case with fresh water. Frequently disinfect case by either using a dishwasher or place in boiling water for 5 minutes to sterilize.

Step 3
Prepare Lens Case For Contacts
Fill contacts case with PuriLens contact solution.

Step 4
Remove Contacts From Eyes or New Contacts Packaging
If removing from eyes, clean contacts with PuriLens contact solution before moving to step 5.

Step 5
Store Contacts in Lens Case
Place right lens in right side of lens case and left lens in left side of lens case (this is especially important for those with different prescriptions in each eye). Make sure to replace lenses frequently according to the type you have.
(Disposable- 2-4 weeks, Frequent Replacement- 1-3 months, Traditional- 6 months)

Best Practices
- Always use fresh PuriLens contact solution.
- Using tap water does not disinfect your contact lenses. Using Hydrogen peroxide before rinsing with PuriLens contact solution will help with sterilization.
- Always wash your hands before handling your contact lens or case.
- Avoid letting your nails touch your contacts to avoid tearing or germ exposure.
- Avoid touching the tip of your PuriLens contact solution with any surfaces to avoid contamination.
