How will my purchase be shipped?

Shipments are made via UPS Ground from New Jersey.
Expect up to 6 business days for arrival for addresses on the West Coast.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your UPS tracking number and access instructions to the online UPS tracking system. Simply enter that tracking number on their website and you will be informed of where your package is in the shipping process.

Do you ship internationally?

PuriLens Solution is only available in the United States and Canada.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Yes, but packages will have to be shipped through USPS.

Can I send this as a gift to a different address?

Yes, we will gladly ship to a second address. Simply provide information for both the billing address and the shipping address.

Do you have a return policy?

If the items are unopened, we will refund you for the items minus the shipping charge. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Upon our receipt of your returned products, we will issue a refund for the purchase price.
