    How will my purchase be shipped?

    Shipments are made via UPS Ground from New Jersey.
    Expect up to 6 business days for arrival for addresses on the West Coast.

    How can I track my order?

    You will receive an email with your UPS tracking number and access instructions to the online UPS tracking system. Simply enter that tracking number on their web site and you will be informed of where your package is in the shipping process.

    Do you ship internationally?

    The PuriLens System and PuriLens Solution are only available in the United States.

    Can I ship to a PO Box?

    No. We are not able to ship to PO Box addresses.

    Can I send this as a gift to a different address?

    Yes, we will gladly ship to a second address. Simply provide information for both the billing address and the shipping address.

    Do you have a return policy?

    Your PuriLens System comes with a two-week trial period. If, within 14 days of receipt of your PuriLens System, you decide that PuriLens is not for you, call our toll-free number (800) 622-0777  to obtain return authorization. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

    Upon our receipt of your returned products, we will issue a refund check for the purchase price within 2-4 weeks.
