    What methods of payment can I use for my purchase?

    PuriLens® accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

    Is it safe to use my credit card?

    The security of the information regarding your order is very important to us. We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than PuriLens, Inc. Only browsers that use the Secure Socket Layer protocol are able to order through the PuriLens website. If your browser does not support SSL, you can get an upgrade at Microsoft or Netscape's home page.

    Is there sales tax?

    Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New Jersey.

    Do you have a return policy?

    Your PuriLens System comes with a two-week trial period. If, within 14 days of receipt of your PuriLens System, you decide that PuriLens is not for you, call our toll-free number (800) 622-0777 to obtain return authorization. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

    Upon our receipt of your returned products, we will issue a refund check for the purchase price within 2-4 weeks.
