Questions PuriLens® accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Also, once you set up an account for your office we can invoice you. Our terms for all invoices are 30 days. Is it safe to use my credit card? The security of the information regarding your order is very important to us. We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than PuriLens, Inc. Only browsers that use the Secure Socket Layer protocol are able to order through the PuriLens website. If your browser does not support SSL, you can get an upgrade at Microsoft or Netscape's home page. How does the Drop Ship Program work? To ship PuriLens products directly to your patient, enter their name and shipping information in the alternate shipping field of your online account profile, or call toll-free 877-PUR-LENS (877-787-5367) or fax your order to 813-814-4545. Bill your patient as you normally would and PuriLens Inc will send you an invoice or charge your credit card, whichever you prefer. For security purposes, this Drop Ship option will not be available the first time you order on the web site, but will be available on subsequent visits. What
are the shipping costs?
Our open return policy means that you may allow your wearers to try PuriLens for two weeks. If for any reason they do not wish to continue using PuriLens, we will exchange the PuriLens System Starter Kit for a new one at no charge. To return a PuriLens System Starter Kit, contact our customer service department at 877-PUR-LENS (877-787-5367) to obtain an authorization code.
