How can I track my order?
You will
receive an email with your UPS tracking number and access instructions
to the online UPS tracking system. Simply enter that tracking number on
their web site and you will be informed of where your package is in the
shipping process. If you would like to reach us by phone, please call

Do
you ship internationally?
The PuriLens System
and PuriLens Solution are only available in the United States.
Can
I ship to a PO Box?
No. We are not
able to ship to PO Box addresses.
Can
I send this as a gift to a different address?
Yes, we will gladly
ship to a second address. Simply provide information for both the billing address
and the shipping address.
Do
you have a return policy?
Your PuriLens System
comes with a two-week trial period. If, within 14 days of receipt of your PuriLens
System, you decide that PuriLens is not for you, call our toll-free number 1-877-PUR-LENS
(877-787-5367) to obtain return authorization. Return shipping costs are your
responsibility.
Upon our receipt
of your returned products, we will issue a refund check for the full price within
2-4 weeks.
